We ask patients to provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for an appointment that cannot be kept.  Patients who do not cancel within 24 hours will be responsible for a $25 cancellation fee.  Special consideration will be given in the event of extenuating circumstances.  

We understand that life doesn’t always cooperate with us.  If you find that you are running late for your appointment, please give the office a call or send a text message to let us know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment. If a special circumstance arises, we will do our very best to accommodate you in accordance with the practitioner’s schedule.
